AED Maintenance Plan – Gold

The Gold maintenance plan is the best choice when it comes to security and safety. This plan includes an annual maintenance check of your AED in the Medisol Service Centre. Our service centre is fully ISO13485 certified and is led by trained professionals.

The transport costs of your AED to and from the service centre are included – you will not face any unexpected costs. We will ensure that you will be sent a loan AED to ensure that your location is always equipped with an AED. You are in control: use the Service Portal to choose and plan your AEDs pick-up and maintenance date.

The thorough check includes a functional test and shock test to ensure that the device functions properly. In case a defect is found this can be taken care of right away. Also cleansing, data storage, software updates and replacement of spare parts (if applicable) are part of the Gold AED maintenance plan.

Next to the annual check, you also benefit from access to the Service Portal. This is especially interesting if you own more than one AED. Here you can find an overview of your device, its maintenance status and maintenance reports. In the portal we also keep track of the expiration dates of the electrodes and the battery. When the expiration date approaches, we will replace the electrodes or the battery with a guaranteed 10% discount. Without any hassle on your behalf. On top of that, we can send you a loan AED in case your device malfunctions.
